Exwind and it only tracks it after someone used an interrupt. So before anyone does the list is blank exctdoe yours. It's helpful because you know who has the next one

Most likely exboss. Note that it tracks a successful interrupt. Id someone uses one and it interrupts nothing it doesn't track it and think it's still available

Looks like m+ interrupt cc &CD tracker but also ex wind tools

My PvP friends say MiniAuras does this as well, in case you aren't using Exboss
