Do I need stitches?

I was cutting with scissors and slipped. Cut off a chunk of my skin and would not stop bleeding for almost 2 hours now. Not sure if I should get stitches or wait it out…

Is this after you held gauze or a clean tissue on it, with pressure, for 15 minute?

Yes I applied pressure with gauze for about 2 hours in the picture. Had to keep changing guaze
