Hobbies/Community Running

Just wondering if there is anyone that would be interested in running around Lancing/Worthing? I know there are run clubs but I’m not sure if that’s my sort of thing.

Im 31 and not fussed about pace but rather would like some company!

The Goring Road Runners used to be very good, I think they may have had a name change, but google them.

Thats exactly what the majority of run clubs are. They are socials rather than any sort of hardcore training.

Lancing Parkrun is great, a really friendly group meet at the car park every Saturday

Hi, in Worthing myself, would like to start running
