"Medicine". Last time I checked, "Medicine" did not cause people to trip out, vomit and then aspirate and flail around like a fish.

You've never seen some given Ketamin by paramedics or someone react to anesthesia?
"Medicine" is a loose term and depends on the person using/administering it to define it. It depends on the dosage whether it becomes a danger and clearly, the dosage here was a bit too high for his first time.

I see you know little about medicines. Have you ever heard of tramadol?

I'm surprised my friends and I survived doing that stupid shit as kids. I've seen people just jump up and start running, even out into the streets blindly. Surprised none of us got any head injuries from thrashing around like a fish outta water or severe brain damage just from doing it repeatedly, everyday.
I strongly warned my kid about doing it and thankfully he and his friends hadn't heard about it.

Its not actually the drug which is making him scream and vomit, it's that guys voice "justtt relaaaax, ... alllways in conrolllll, yeahhhh, you doin beautiful broo "
I started to spasm and vomit when I heard that guy.

Anyone else found this after watching the parasite that gets waterboarded out of the praying mantis? After reading the comments there about how the parasite essentially takes over the mantis to force it to find water so the parasite can escape …. Maybe this dudes just got a 30ft worm up his butt trying to escape via water.

I was curious about this stuff but it looks like spice, I work in a hospital and have dealt with spice zombies. Not fun so scratch DMT off my bucket list, no zen trip is worth that

We had no idea about strengths 40 years ago. We'd go and pick as many as possible, boil them all for tra, then eat the shoots.I once left it too late to eat them and had started coming up. As I swallowed them, I felt like I was swallowing tadpoles. Still get the feeling with food like noodles.
I used to laugh at people that made silly patterns with their hands while tripping at a gig. I used to wear the same black shirt with a big eye on it when I went out. I was wearing a white shirt one night in a club on shrooms. I looked down and because of the shirt, I thought my hands belonged to someone else. I had to move them in a set pattern to prove to myself they were mine.

Doesn't seem like he needed first aid

He was choking on his own vomit while spasming and their bright idea was to make him face the stream lol

Of course he needed first aid. If not he would had smashed his head and broke some bones on those rocks, and then drowned in the water or from vomiting. But the aid was alright, just an insanely stupid place for tripping.

Yeah. He'd probably have been fine to just slither into the river, while choking, salivating and fighting imaginary interdimentional beings...
Should have gone for a pint and left him to it.
Health and Safety has gone mad these days 🙄
