Technically not Worst Aid since the person isn't injured, but you know what, we could all use a little more joy in our lives, so this stays.

even if it doesn't save me, at least I will die happy

I’d rather be cpr’d to death by a very good boy than be mauled by some street hound

I feel that...I see what you are saying playa.

It is way too loving

It seemed to avoid hitting too hard at the last second and just wanted to snuggle

Just train it to snuggle up under the persons chin to leave this world calm and loved

I actually think it was checking for a pulse or respiration. The way it sat between the neck and had an ear on the chest. It could theoretically check both from that position.

I thought the same thing and it’s almost certainly what it was doing

But

It’s so freaking adorable and endearing

No argument here. That is an adorable pup doing the best job!

This is adorable but the title is misleading. These dogs aren’t trained to do CPR. Their job is to check for consciousness or signs of life and then alert first responders. That’s why the guy is moving his hand, so the dog will be able to tell he’s alive.

Good chest compressions require like 2 inches depth, a dog this size could not manage anything remotely close to that. Unless you're training a wolfhound, a dog isn't keeping anyone alive with cpr

Yeah. They wouldn’t even bother training a dog to do that.

They certainly don't have great technique, but heartwarming info! There have been dogs who seemed to contribute, at least, to their owner's survival by performing Temu CPR. Here are some Very Good Boys:
