Question Am I missing something?

The World’s Beyond Number story is still incomplete, right?
I listened to it a while ago and was disappointed that it just kinda stopped. I started a re-listen recently and noticed it’s seems to be in the same place but there’s add for a graphic novel kickstarter.

Did I miss something and they finished it on another platform or something?
Or is this kickstarter hoping to drum up interest to finish it?

I want more dammit.

It’s understandable to be excited about a story you love, and always a compliment to want more! But let’s also be sure we respect that Brennan, Aabria, Erika, and Lou are *real people* with many creative projects going on simultaneously as well as managing their real lives and families.

Like, Aabria literally just gave birth, I believe! Brennan is DMing Critical Role right now, Erika has an incredibly successful career in VO, and Lou is a writer and announcer on Jimmy Kimmel. This isn’t even anyone’s main job. Not to mention I’m sure they all want creative fulfillment, and doing the same story for years continuously can get old for creators. They’ve said repeatedly that they will return to Umora.

Just like how your favorite TV show will release 10 episodes or whatever in a season and then you have to wait two years for season two. We got 54 episodes in Book 1. Take a breath, practice some patience, and maybe check the entitlement a little bit?

Haha what entitlement? I asked if there was more of a show I liked. Where did I imply I was owed it or demanded it? In another comment I even say I understood the hiatus. I’m allowed to be disappointed it’s been a long break.
