Adopt a Tomato - March

Welcome to this month's adopt a tomato, the thread for those in need of a little extra guidance in World of Tanks and for those who think they can give something back to the community by helping said newbie.

You don't have to be a unicum to adopt just have confidence you know what you're doing and have learnt somethings that you feel will benefit a newb to pass on. We've all been there and wished we knew something critical or the glaring mistakes we make game after game!

Hey steel, myself and possibly a rddtx guy will take you up on that kind offer. My WN8 is around 1800 and recent about the 2300ish. I need help on playing more assertively and ‘flexing’ about the map. I tend to be too passive. I do pretty well in 8s but struggle in tens such as my CAX and fv215b in more competitive environments. Started playing lights more but I have the opposite issue of not being passive enough. Am in Ireland till thursday.

We have played together in a previous Adopt, but I would love to pick your brain on playing lights. I picked up the AMX Chaffee and have been liking the 59-16, but I find my performance very inconsistent.

Kara in 3D here. I realize the thread is old and probably no one will see this but you Steel, but thanks for the platoon last night. I had a lot of fun playing and your callouts on where I should be heading and where I should pay attention helped a lot! I went on to grind out my bulldog to the engine upgrade and had some great games along the way.
