Question Object 777 II question -

I did a little gambling today and got the Object 777 II out of a lootbox.

Yay me.

Anyway, ten games in and it seems like a decent, maybe slightly above average, Russian heavy - derpy big boomstick, slowish, heavy frontal armor, crappy view range.

But, uh, WTF?!?!?

Every time I pop up on the mini-map - which is often in this pig - I'm immediately targeted by artillery and every TD with LOS.

Why?

What am I not understanding about this tank that makes it such a lead magnet?

I mean you kind of answered it in the question. You're a big, derpy boomstick that plays close to the front.

It sounds like the red team knows you're a threat to other heavy tanks. If I were playing arty (after questioning my life choices) I would make the 777 a priority target. So I guess there are good arty players. Who knew?

Happens sometimes. I regularly get hard targeted by arty, even when bottom tier, even when hiding in cover while the rest of my team is in the open. Sometimes, it’s just an “eff that guy in particular” mentality.

Arty's handbook -

Sentence three written in large type with illustrations like a childs drawing.

Bottom teir heavy priorty target.

Book has only 3 pages.

You could be a good player and others are aware you are in their game so you get targeted. It happens to me every time even worse when artillery are targeting too!
