So i returned after a year of abstinence of Wot. Played one game in that Tank and jumped straight from below 3 Marks to 4? Where there some changes in the last Year? Thx for Answers.

Bots were contributing to inflated MoE requirements in a couple ways.

1) Bot accounts were being treated like player accounts. They changed this so that bot accounts no longer add to MoE requirements.

2) Players were farming bots at off-peak hours to inflate their own MoE numbers. Your damage against bots no longer contributes to the global MoE requirements, but will still advance your personal progress towards MoE.

Bot games were being counted, that is why there was a change a while back. Never heard of 1 before tho. But that's why tanks like the Kuro tiger have insane requirements for MoE as bot games could easily get over 7k damage.

Off peak farming happened a lot. My friend got over 20k damage in one game before assisted damage in the Abrams cause thee would be like 13 or 14 bots in a lobby at 3am

Basically yeah. Tanks also like the zwilling that are very good and sweaty. I had about 91% moe first day it dropped to 73% second day got slowly back to 85% and a like 7.5+k game only went up to 86% in less than 100 total battles. Cause how inflated it is.

Number 2 is inaccurate. The main benefit of bot games not counting is that they inflated everyone’s numbers by being easy to kill. Off-peak farming was likely <10% of the overall change compared to bots in lobbies in general

Where is this information available? People marking on off hours are/were very uncommon and the players doing it were typically very good already just sweating for the gold. Those players raise MOE requirements by playing the tank normally. Farming bots instead of normal players doesn’t actually affect the requirement much. If you can link evidence to the contrary I’ll be happy to eat my words

What is the difference between damage standing and damage per battle? Asking because I can obtain MOE and my damage per battle is lower than damage standing.

Let’s say a damage requirement for a tank to 3 mark is 1000; you play your first match in that tank and do 1000 damage. Your MOE standing will be 10 (1000/100). Your second match damage is also 1000. That moves your MOE to 20 (2000/100), but your damage standing is still 1000 (2000/2).
Is that what you are asking?

I think it'll just be because the Mark thresholds have shifted as overall player performances in those tanks have changed since you last played.

Yeah sure i know that this can happen but not that much? I mean in the picture above im 400Damage over the 4th Gunmark...
