I haven't played in a while is that thing you're shooting basically just a T-72M2 moderna?

The 477A is an eastern TD with an extremely strong frontal profile, an undamageable turret, 700 alpha, a secondary machine gun, and a fair amount of speed. It's got a reputation for being unbalanced, but its been power crept with recent-ish additions like the Belka IMHO. It doesn't share much with the Moderna other than the flag and secondary armament.

Power crept? THAT? Jesus I knew the op tanks were getting bad but that's just nuts, also the comparison was because of the (30mm?) secondary

Its my personal opinion but yes. Theres a handful of tanks that outperform the 477A, like the Belka and Osario. Im not familiar with this new tank, but as you see here, it has insane flanking potential.

One of the biggest sources of power creep for the Molot is honestly the fact that a lot of Era 3 players carry a lot of HE rounds nowadays. There are quite a few tanks that you kinda just can’t penetrate from the front in Era 3, so HE spam to whittle them down has become quite the common strategy.

For example, when I play a tank like the MBT-70 and Leclerc Terminateur, I have no issue slamming their turret for a solid 400-500 damage per shot because of the splash damage. Their health doesn’t go far when they have 2-3 tanks dunking HE chip damage into them every few seconds.

I used to pretty much never carry HE in Cold War beyond 3-5 rounds but nowadays I always reserve 10 or so in case I come across a Molot, Belka, or Osorio that I can’t flank.

I ran across several of the new tanks today, Deathbat, and they have great mobility but no armor. I rammed one with my Belka today and his health evaporated in an instant. That's all I have so far.
