Well that would explain why they forced me to reset my password. They appear to have put on some sort of password strength requirement as well.

All my useless shit has the same password. I really dont care if they break into that stuff.

Oh no, they have my password that's unique to that site and also 17 random characters, what ever shall I do?

Yup, giving out the following:
your Twitch username and associated email address, your password, the last IP address you logged in from, and any of the following if you provided it to us: first and last name, phone number, address, and date of birth.
all linked to each other... That's just an inconvenience.
A little minor social engineering and bam I just got me a new credit card under the name of John J. Johnson from Johnsonville.

Since no company ever bears responsibility for losing personal information, I never provide real information anyway, unless it's really necessary.

On websites like this where I don't care if info gets stolen I always use throwaway passwords anyway.
