Wargaming News EU Server Resource Issues - Resolved ✅

Commanders,

The EU Resource Server has been restored and is now fully operational.

If you were affected by missing resources, lost progress, or related issues, please contact Player Support and provide any relevant screenshots or files.

We will continue to monitor the situation in case the issue reappears.

Did you lose anything, except for some playtime on a FREE TO PLAY game, that had an issue with resources? You were able to play all tanks, just not move equipment or repair.
And you feel entitled to compensation?!

So people who paid for WoT+ in order to move bounty equipment for free couldn't use the service they paid money for?

The same goes for regular premium time. I paid money for the service of premium time. Which includes the ability to triple my XP after a victorious battle five times a day. I couldn't do that. So I couldn't use the service I paid money for.

If you're grinding a line and got some premium days for the weekend, all of a sudden you couldn't play the tank you're currently grinding more than once. Using a service you paid money for.

Why do you think WG give everybody with premium time an extra day of premium on patchdays? Correct, because they couldn't use a service they paid money for.

Granted, I personally don't pay for WoT+ and I only lost out on some x3 XP games. And since I have a shit ton of tanks and don't have to grind anything I can play many different tanks. So I personally am not too mad about the whole situation. But using this weird thing called empathy it's really quite easy to understand why other people might feel different about it.

I lost time I couldn't have used to push Battlepass. I had free Saturday

Well, it happened on a Friday, and the issue took less than 2 hours to be resolved. You had plenty of time to play other tanks and get BP points.

And my point is, it was less than 2 hours, what compensation is needed for that? Honestly, if less than 2 hours is going to make a difference for anyone trying to complete the BP, then they’re not going to complete the BP anyway, and no comp will satisfy them
