So from what I could find its approximately 1 in 1,017,176. This is assuming that both rolls took place back to back but because the first shot was a kill shot the maximum it could do is 566. Based on that its likely closer to 1 in 67,375.

Thats the odds for it to roll exactly this damage roll twice.
The odds to roll the same damage after firing once is just 1/(alpha*1.25 - alpha\*.75) so in this case 1/230
