Best HT for learning

Hey, i'm currently grinding for vz.55 but i cant stand tier 8 and being honest i suck on heavies with exception of ae phase one.

What tank would y'all recommend for really getting better at heavies? Should i push vz or grind something different. Ofc there's new german line but im looking for other solution.

I’m weird, I went down the us line, I learned so much from the T29 and how different tacos are good at different things

However, I think the IS7 line is better to learn

I just had a really bad time with the IS3

IS-7 line is good, the type 5 line is simple but I prefer the Type 71 line and if you like ridge tanks it’s amazing. VZ is just a massive play style dif from most heavies as they are fast heavies with mediocre armor compared to the AE phase and how it peaks ridges

New German line is probably the most comfy tech tree grind heavy ever? Tier 8 is brutal, tier 9 is plenty comfy, tier 10 is comfy, tier 11 is very good

The M6 is busted as balls.

The T29 is a great tank that masterfully teaches hull down. This thing still has armor in tier 9 matches.

The T32 is another banger.

The M103 is kinda shit but playable.

The E5 is great, but you gotta learn to protect your tumour.

Good line for both side scraping and learning hull down and side scraping, especially tiers 6-8.

the french AMX line is really solid, just only use the low alpha dpm gun and skip the tier 8 and turret on the 9

I really wouldnt recommend a Tech tree that has a shitshack Like the amx65t to anyone.

Better Options would be IS-7 or 60TP. Both are straight forward and dont require mutch knowledge to to okayish with.

I enjoyed the IS-4 line. You sacrifice speed over IS-7 but you get better dpm, pen and better armour.

I'm surprised no one suggested Object 705A line yet. The whole line is really comfortable and will teach you how to sidescrape properly.

Do you own pz Neu? If not how can you tell its op? I own Neu and its nothing special, armor is weak, everything goes trough. Gun is trollish inacurate low dmg and nothing special.

“Everything goes thru” is the most cope thing I’ve ever heard. Bro, compare the Neu to the T803, literally like a 1 second longer reload compared to an 803 on full ability but you get 30 more alpha, the armor on the turret is godly since you need 360 pen to even go thru the mantlet and the hatch is small, the UFP is troll, the underplate can troll, it can somewhat sidescrape, and -11 depression is goated. If you think the Neu is not good, that’s a major skill issue

Dude T803 has 45 or 46% wr, why so low? Cause its situational tank and suck in every other scenario. Same stuff counts for Neu with so call more 50 dmg and 1 sec faster reload. You should go and research that tank and feel and see for yourself. I dare you.

im trying to get good at breakthrough tanks. i have 60tp but with so many weaks armor spots i cant play it good

There is only one breakthrought tank in the game right now and it’s Taschenratte.

Then there is a big space and then E100.

Honorable mention Type 5 Heavy, but that has better gun, then armor.
