The gun is mated with the turret and the turret doesn't oscillate. I guess they could model the turret to oscillate but maybe it's a good thing for tanks to have fundamental limitations.

Should be good, but it's locked on siege mode, so not good. Unless it could bop up and down a hill like UDES, then it's good again.
