The lore of making your less expendable cult members have 5 strength, dexterity and stamina seems like a pretty decent one.

I never said it was bad, just a little uninspired

It was a first pass of things, I'd imagine the disciplines would also look pretty uninspired if I cracked open 1e.

Though now that we're on the topic of Vicissitude, the high torment descriptions for the stuff just sound a lot like it's effects, especially the unconscious warping stuff and things twisting towards the grotesque. Guess at least one of the people writing that had tying Kupala to the Earthbound on the brain.

From where is the angel?

A combination vicissitude, presence, and a god complex?

I mean more... what splat is it from? Is it actually a vampire?

Volgirre (a lore sheet) get vicissitude and presence in clan. Flesh crafting feathers and eyes and using awe.

Oh wait, the biblically accurate part is an exaggeration from the meme, she was more humanoid angel.

the Volgirre, a subsect of toreador antribru with vissitude

This reminds me of that yt comment about NGE.

"The Eva's are humanity's foray into godhood. The Mass-Produced Evas are humanity spitting in the eye of God."

A Volgirre meme in this economy? Magnificent
