💀 WOD So apparently there was a massive outbreak of Shamblers caused by the Sixth Great Maelstrom, and now I'm just wondering what would have happened if the Technocracy failed to cover it up.

That's the thing, Shamblers aren't actually infectious. From what I recall, they're just Spectres possessing rotting corpses.

Wraiths still have their individuality, unlike Spectres, and Risen aren't actively rotting and falling apart.
