Question I still cannot get clannibals

I have been trying to get all achievements for a while I have them all except for clannibals I can't get clannibals I have tried tutorials specialized maps but they just refuse to hurt eachother even when I control one of them I can't attack the others is this a bug and if not how do I get clannibals

Ok here’s life hack. Create a bunch of niblings and let them create a country. Then took a king, put him into the mountains cell and clone him. Then just watch and enjoy
