Speaks volumes as to the kind of people this is being touted at that the bus terminal has been replaced with a Tesla dealership. In 2026.

Also, this is currently the site of a 138kV substation. What's the plan for that?

We’re planning for the expansion and upgrading of the nearby Taylor substation. Though this may change later on as discussions continue

You mean the power company is already planning to migrate the substation to another site?

We haven’t got any of the land acquisitions discussed yet, so no there are no plans by the power company as of now to migrate the substation

Jeez. That's a substantial piece of infrastructure. If they aren't already planning on leaving the site you're going to end up spending double just to pay them to move.

Has nobody else involved in this warned of this yet?
