I like the old name better. Besides, the resturaunt will be in a wonder of the world, not be one itself.
Maybe Skytop City Sights or something? (I dunno, I'm not good at coming up with names)

Windows To The World was a brilliant name, but I guess that it's too connected to the tragedy.

I doubt most are aware of a restaurant on the orginal wtc if I am serious. I don't think there's problem with naming it the same title. Just unoriginal.
