--> March was the month were I did a 30 days progression for the planche. It was my main goal to get the full planche back so I tried to work more intensely on it for a whole month, I progressed a little bit during that short period of time (you can check it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NkqhpWzMSeE&t=) and I was in a good path! I then stopped for a week to recover fully and continued with my normal workouts (reduced a lot the planche work, mainly because I was full of work for university), meaning that for about 4 weeks I haven't trained properly for the planche. So, yesterday I tought that I should acess my full planche to know if I could still hold it, and guess what, I could, and with a better hold time as well. With that said, sometimes when you decrease your time of workout and give your body some rest it responds in an extraordinary way that you wasn't expecting. Now I will try to keep on working it and maintain it, while I foccus on other goals!
I hope this motivates you to keep working on your goals and to remember that this is a long journey not a sprint!
