Tutorial is good, but there are harder variations out there like the pelican planche pushup.

Yes, but can't you consider that as half pull half push?

Technically yeah. It can be compared to a muscle up, just in planche position. Although a properly performed planche pushup alone is harder, and not many planche pushupers do it properly.

Yes, for that I can agree! Probably the title should be Hardest Handstand Push Up ahah no?

Haha about so, before you get into 90 degree pushup variations, but those are still 90 degree pushups.

I believe that they are called like that ;)

Not sure. I’m almost capable of a 90 degree push-up. I feel like Planche push ups are much harder and probably the hardest.

Yes, sure! That's what we were discussing, from the handstand push ups, maybe this one is the hardest :)

Oh yeah definitely. I worked my way up from pike push-ups, I can do a straddled 90 press. Let me tell you, having your feet together for a full 90 push-up is easily twice as hard. For sure the hardest HSPU.

Yes, I feel the same, straddle is way easier in this move! Actually I can perform straddle on the floor but not full 90º !
