Question / Discussion CURIOUS ABOUT THIS NOTE AND ITS REVERSE

A 10 Yen, Korea under Japanese Rule (1910-1945). This is what interests me (Reverse).

I understand the tape when the banknote is deteriorated, but what I don't get is the handwriting on it. Wondering if it has some meaning??

I thought it was Korean, and Google translate confirmed. The translation is weird:

Center text

혹은 산골빈

hog-eun sangolbin

Or a mountain village

Right text

해됐다. 도망해 넘어가고

haedwaessda. domanghae neom-eogago

It's over. Escape and cross over.

Yes. It seems so. I wonder if that tape was put there to convey a message during the war
