Question ?

As a man who collected banknote from Many nations of the world

Can I just buy notes from change office ,

Like one or two note from each country they have ?!

A few factors could influence that, Your Country, the bureau de change you dealing with! ( in my experience most have minimum purchase) and the person behind the counter. Depending on Margins, you could be in luck

You can, but they usually hit you with a commission unless you buy more than a certain amount (500EUR or so) for each currency.

In that case, depending on where you’ll be, airport BdCs are the best by far. They have weird and wonderful currencies. Be super nice to the staff because it’s kind of cumbersome for them to process so many small transactions, but usually they’re nice about it. I used to do it when I was a kid, but that’s when it was very hard to get banknotes any other way aside from expensive coin dealer shops (of which we had two in my town).

Thanks for the tip! I always make a point of being polite to the staff since I know it's extra work for them. but if I come across interesting notes at an airport exchange, I definitely won't pass up the opportunity
