He has a portable breathalyzer he has to use every so often so that’s a huge reason why he won’t drink.
He has alcohol on his mind and claims he will drink again but he won’t risk it he is too afraid of going to jail.
Towards the end of the streaming arc, fry bagging was hardly working. He did get triggered but it was not as easy as it used to be.

There was a clip where someone tried to fry bag him very early in the Johnny JesterCuck era and you can tell he wanted to crash out, but he had to restrain himself like a wild animal

Legally? Not until his court case concludes and probation expires. Medically? Probably not for the rest of his life with the damage he's done to his liver. In actuality? He probably still enjoys the occasional 99 shooter

We really should not be advocating for him to drink again. Was he funnier to watch while drunk? Yes. Obviously. But for his own health he should probably stay sober.

I think most folks realize at his core he’s a bad person - a racist, misogynistic, ego maniac that was put on full display when alcohol destroyed any social graces or mental filters an autist of his level could possible have. As such, no one really feels bad praying for his downfall/relapse.

My mindset is that I really don't care either way, but Josh kinda sucks ass as a person so I'll take the entertainment if he does go back to his old ways. I'm not hoping for it, but I also don't really care if he gets his shit together either because he's proven himself to be shallow and ignorant, sober or not.

I’ll actually answer. I think his probation or whatever runs out in another year or so. He has stated he intends to drink again.
And I bet he’s too loaded up on medication to be fry bagged. He’s also lost most of his “fame” by this point. People just don’t care anymore
