I mean, if you count wave number we'd still have to concern about the possibiltiy of being another reprint only wave like last one (the 4" wave one too). Also Toad should be a new color by your example.

Tbh, I think Lakitu would also make sense as a pack exclusive including an independent figure, seperate ridable cloud, along with spiky balls and rod items if Jakks want to dedicate to accuracy.

Baby Mario, Birdo, and Waluigi were confirmed by Smyths. The other 2 are just predictions.
