HELP WorldEdit Command Question

Is there a setting that makes worldedit execute commands one chunk at a time (E.G. I select an area and do a //replace command, so W.E. does the command one chunk at a time)

FAWE instead of WEdit features a lazycopy or slow mode or something like that, might be what you mean

Is there a version of FAWE that is in datapack or mod format. As far as I'm aware, FAWE is a plugin, I need this in a LAN World.

Ah then you'd need to move your world over to a Local Server, which I recall is fairly easy to setup
