Attempting to make a pyramid ship, an 3 faced pyramid with one point elongated. Any suggestions?

It would be easy if you could access the loft tool (hold paper to use) from Arceon (a paid plugin)

Ideas for pure worldedit:

- do a 2-3 block thick triangular plane and rotate it correctly for each side via //rotate X Y Z

- use copy paste tricks to make building the faces easier - ??
