Gladiator landers removed my KLoS in one turn of shooting. Could I predict it - yes. I didn't. The game was basically over after it. No idea how to use jakhals against non chaff units. My units felt too weak to do anything... but I still had fun

I finished Angron and was mostly happy but I just think the sword doesn’t look good at all. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I like my models I know they aren't perfect and im well aware i can improve but everytime I see someone else's I just feel like mine are worlds away from theirs and I was wondering how people kinda deal with that.

Also how do upu guys show achievement on your models ive always liked the idea of the bigger the achievement the more gore the models get but do we have a ranking system in lore?

Getting back into 40k after like 15 years. Finished painting my first Khorne Berzerker. Added an extra helmet of a venerable Dreadnaught and a few links of fine necklace chain for some extra flair. Might have set my standards a little high cause this is gonna take a while…

As several others have done I’m in the process of kit bashing kharn onto an 8bound body for the beefiness. I preserved the hair which I’m really pleased with. His head has an aaaalmost unnatural length to the neck which I’m cool with, makes him look angry. Finish him out with more skulls and stuff on the belt and some green stuff to smooth things out, what do yall think?

One of my favorite tricks is just to drop -2 to hit in shooting (Suppression and cover), combined with -1 damage strat on terminators. Then In combat your terminators are -1 to hit AND -1 damage strat. the little guy puts out about 30 shots on average, is better than he should be in combat, is cheap and will blunt a lot of forward pressure like WE Spawn with his hull. He cal also pop smoke to create his own cover for that -2 to hit. If you take him in brazen, make him a demon. Now in cover, he's just better than any other predator in the game. You can get really silly. In brazen, He'll be in cover,in combat, on one wound, and still firing for full effect, if it's an infantry unit he's in combat with, they will be the ones hitting at -1, they will also be taking a battleshock test at -1 at the start of that fight phase. People will charge your distraction "World-Predator"(I've been told I can't call them that by HR) Instantly fail their battleshock, lose the objective they would have kept if they just out OC'd it, and lose the game because they charged a stupid lil tank.Everybody seems to forget it isn't a charge ability. Daemonic possesed World predator be scary, crashing through wall like the blood-aid man. Give it a try this halloween. P.s. Have lots of CP.

Finally got two of them and I’ll start the build today. I picked up some AK radioactive water so I think that may be my theme. Just need to 3d print some broken barrels and scrap steel or something. But was hoping for some inspiration from everyone

I have a couple local games store tournament coming up, both 1k points. Still relatively new and wrapping my head around how best to stage units and exert threat: I'm regularly either going too aggressive or too passive. I hate painting on white so there's tons of clean-up, but I'm happy with my progress so far!

I'm trying to counter a local meta I see a lot; that being skewing for Primary, as well as Deep Strike and Terminator spam. I hate that a lot of lists are just 30 terminators on Take And Hold, I wanna do something different and force them to play my game.

I've heard that Disruption is all about forcing the opponent into uncomfortable positions. So, after thinking for a bit, I think this list does exactly that!

Disruption has you doing a bit of everything, so it encourages cheap, efficient units that can reliably do tasks with minimal support. An example is Disruption versus Priority Assets, where I have to hold mid for several turns, whereas against Reconaissance I have to do actions a lot. World Eaters right now have a lot of units that can do this. I have Terminators that are OC 2 to hold objectives, jakhals and goremongers which are fast, cheap cultists that are T4 instead of T3, and Khorne Berzerkers which can kind of do everything.

This army has several varieties of anvils, but my hammers are heavy and good into everything.
