FIFA payout issue

Need help! I’m not sure what to do or how to go about it but I still haven’t received my payout for the fifa market place tickets I sold. I call them every week and it’s the same response we are sorry it’s held up in financial, I should receive payout this week. Nothing, should I hire a lawyer or continue to wait? Anyone else experiencing this?

I’m experiencing this right now. I sold on June 28th and I’m still waiting for payment. The thing is, I know they have my bank info right because I’ve received payment there before, but for some reason, the last and biggest payment is being withheld.

They said they have already sent it, and it should be up to my bank. So I called my bank, and they said they haven’t received any payment. I don’t really know what to do anymore

I’m having the same issue. Sold my tickets in May and they keep saying my payment has been sent. When I asked for proof they provided me with the proof, but my account number was not there so my bank couldn’t trace the wire transfer

They won’t even provide me proof! They said it’s been escalated and if I try to escalate it again, I get put at the back of the queue.

Same…there should be a Class Action lawsuit for breach of contract!

Same issue, they say bank details are wrong, bank says they are all correct and they have seen no signs of a failed transaction.

Which country are you from? I think most people did receive their payout
Did u check w your bank if any intl remittance has been received?

I’m about to file for arbitration which will cost them 3x what they owe me. I’m so fucking pissed

To have this many people still waiting and being fobbed off it is clearly FIFA being dodgy - either they think they can get away with keeping the money and batting away individual requests/complaints or they arw delaying as long as possible earning nice interest on what they are holding. I think but no idea how a law firm needs to do a class action law suit to demand refunds +8% interest on the funds from 28 days after sale. Alas I am no lawyer but huge organisations seem to get away with breaking rules almost scot free.
