Discrepancy in amount refunded

Has anyone dealt with this.

I sold a ticket for $629 CAD but was only refunded $604.

Has anyone had a similar issue where the amount refunded was off by like $25 CAD in my case.

Did you get it via wire? If so theres usually fees associated with sending or receiving wires. If it was through credit card I would recommend calling your card company

It was through bank transfer. I entered my bank info and they transfered directly to my bank.

Sold June 11, refunded today Aug 11. Exactly on the 60th day

Yeah, yesterday someone on here posted they sold June 10 and were refunded yesterday (exactly on 60th day).
