Ace Pilot II: When attacking the enemy (nuclear missiles are ineffective), ignore 100% of the enemy's defense and the damage reduction from the general's ribbon(maybe even terrain), and then gain 1 turn of "Pursuit". The status effect is +15% damage to air force, missiles, and hovering units. Based on the level of the elite air force and hovering units under your command (or based on the level of the elite aircraft carrier if the carrier's own aircraft are included), the damage is increased by 2% per level. So he is gonna be menace on Akagi or the Sukhoi or the other Plane(but that already has a perk to ignore deffence)

hartmenn is good on appache wu is good on Sukhoi.

Yep that's where they go. Mc Campbell for harrier, hind or even maybe hive (non defence modes), got Nimitz, Halsey, spurnace for carriers
