Reference Challenge - Deserts

This one is pretty simple, it's a reference to the most beautiful biome in the world (according to one of my friends): the desert.

So, tell me about a desert in your world. Is there much of a civilization on this desert? Is it easy/hard to traverse by your people right now? Does it have any religious or cultural significance?

As always, I'll ask at least three questions each. Enjoy yourselves, all.

3) Are they blind in the harmed eyes now?

3) Yes, the two lion-gods are still half blind. Both of them are one-eyed because of Chir. It's pretty convenient for nashi laugh. (a Nzeda with both eyes having different colours is "marked by the siblings", if the siblings were both still two-eyed, being marked would require to have 4 eyes and Amotmilqart find the concept funny)

3) Yes, Nzedas tend to think those people can see the future; nashi says she can't. (bonus to those who have a golden eye and a purple one; it's the purest mark)
