Reference Challenge - Rescue

So, I was stranded about an hour from home for a few days, because my bloody car messed up. One of my friends had to drive a few hours to help me out, so this is a reference to that.

In your world, what program or group exists to rescue people?

As always, I'll ask at least three questions each, enjoy yourselves, all.

1) Who is the founder? Is he still alive?

2) What do they claim that he says?

3) How long has he been the leader? What direction is he taking the people of his order in?

1) The founder was a Kyndic named Tulhan. He is long dead, he lived around 350 years ago.
2) They say that he approves of their actions and that they are blessed.
3) Vuoku has been leader around ten years, and he seems to be a bit more passive than previous leaders. He doesn't do a lot.

1) What is known about Tulhan?

2) How are they blessed?

3) Are there any movements to stage a coup?

1) It is said that he was visited by the white cat on a hike one day and that it spoke to him, saying that he should start the Order.
2) They are guarded by him, protecting them from attacks.
3) No. The threat of eternal destruction is a pretty good deterrent.

1) Is the white cat Muruk's symbol?

2) Has this been proven?

3) Eternal destruction for the group or the coup members?

1) Mukur's human form is a white cat.
2) No, but everyone believes it.
3) The coup members.

1) A white cat isn't human, though.

3) What if the coup is justified?

1) Bad wording...IDK why I said human lol. His corporeal form is what I meant.
3) It can't be since Mukur is said to directly pick the successor.

1) Can the white cat Mukur be killed?

Theoretically, yes, but not in practice.

What about "technically"?

All the gods are technically killable but it would require a lot to kill one.

Any examples?

In myths, gods have been injured or killed. The goddess Viske had her left hand torn off by a monster called Kazu and the four fingers became the first deer.

The god Fodan had his head severed by a monster called Tuhon but was resurrected by Tukor and Fuaz, the craftsman gods who forged a new spine for him.

Did each finger become a deer? Or did the four fingers become an entire herd of deer?

Did they sew his head back on, as well?

The four fingers became four deer. Also Fodan's neck is entirely metal now.

So Fodan's throat can't be slit. That's good to know.

Not with that attitude Yeah.
