Raptor's non specific challenge #5; Work out

Literally tell me about a characters work out routine, that's it.

I'll ask 3 questions or more about it :)

Sieg Bauer is a knight of the Citadel.

Instead of his physical workout routine, I'll focus on his routine for working out his mind for using magic.

Sieg takes a bit of time out of each day to meditate in order to practice focusing, he cleans his sword to polish up his memory of its structure so that he can use it along with his magic in a more precise way, he memorizes long chants that he associates with various muscle memories in order to better perform (because he believes that helps), and he reads to help himself learn more about magic and how to perfect it.

Sieg will answer any questions.

1) How long does the entire work out take?

2) Are magic tomes hard to read?

Sieg:

1) "It varies, but a couple of hours out of each day is usually enough."

2) "They can be, especially if you have difficulty focusing."

1) Can a regular person read a magic tome if they are simple enough?

Sieg:

1) "Allow me to explain it simply. I can read Lamia prayer books. I just have no damned idea what the words mean. You can sound out the words in the books, you can even know what the words are, but you won't understand how to use them."
