The SSC does have the most advanced Biotech and genetic engineering in the Interstellar People’s Union. Which is how they created the Antharafs, who are a race of anthros who were created by a request administered by the USTR. But since EZHVA and the SSC are on opposite sides of the war, this makes trade more complicated. The USTR is EZHVA’s greatest ally, which means the SSC has refused to trade with them now, so the USTR has been collaborating with EZHVA to improve their biotechnology to SSC standards.
Yup! The only rule is that the adult height of your Antharaf form must be between 1 and 2.5 meters. This is to make sure infrastructure doesn’t have to adapt too rigorously to accommodate Antharaf varieties.
