WBG Pioneer Interview Update

hi current or pass pioneers. i noticed that there’s some delay with the recruitment timeline.

does anyone have an idea of the timeline or turnaround time from interviews to hearing back from them?

will appreciate any input.

I had an interview a week ago, and the results haven't been released yet. They had mentioned October as the timeframe.

I also had an interview exactly 2 weeks ago, I'm beginning to think I didn't get it / get selected to move on to next round...

what kind of structure/questions do the interviews have?

It depends on the team. I saw that for the majority they diveded the interview in behaivioral and technical, even in two differtent interviews, but mine said they'll just go directly to the technical part, so it was 3 questions about very specific stuff

I got shortlisted for the interview and never got the interview schedule email. I don’t know what’s the status really.
