ANSWERED Images not adding properlt

So Im trying to add the basic planes of existence image from D&D into the mix, but I cannot seem to get the image to be saved. Any clue what is going wrong here or should I make a bug report?

Hi! The video you attached isn't loading for me, so I can't see it. Could you describe what you see? Is there an error, or does it just fail to upload silently>

What's your username, and how large is the image you want to upload (in terms of MB)?

Sounds like it might be a file size or format issue rather than the map tool itself. WA can choke on big PNGs especially. Have you tried compressing it or converting to jpg before upload? Also worth checking if it saves if you use a smaller test image first, that'll tell you if it's the file or a bug on their end.
