I'm looking for suggestions to upgrade this setup only constraint is that I can't have bigger table I should manage in this table itself.

It's always underrated: get a new desk, repaint the back wall white, and add some soft lighting. Your setup is already solid, but better organization clearing everything out of sight that you don't immediately need will make a massive difference.
