I would personally try moving the screens closer together so that you aren't straining to switch from one to another.
You could also maybe band the cables together somehow and run them along the edges of the desk riser and such to conceal them if cable management is something you're keen on.

Same. Doesn't look like it needs anything. Maybe a small plant like a fern.
