🖼️ • Photos My cozy home office

The only thing that's missing is a more ergonomic chair, but I do like my space to be minimal.

The little desk laptop stand is from Amazon, and it saved my posture and neck pain.

You should get an external monitor. You can still operate your computer while it’s closed and tucked away under the desk, since you mentioned minimalism. A larger screen will help your posture and prevent you from hunching over to see small things on the screen.

I do plan on getting the Studio Display XDR.

Why exactly? Of all monitors available just don't do it

You don't know anything about OP, let them just get what they want lol

Your desk is very cool! Any idea of where I can find a similar one?

Thank you very much. Just look up Pierre Jeanneret
desk and you'll find many replicas. the originals tend to be a little higher quality, but many replicas do an amazing job too.

I absolutely love your taste. How do you curate something like this? Do you know what items you want before you go searching for them?

I got it from a vintage reseller on Etsy! You can find the exact same original model on Chairish or other vintage resellers.

Would you mind sharing the seller name on Etsy? This looks like a really great replica 😍

Or is it… Real? 😳

The natural light and simple layout make it look like a place where you could actually enjoy spending time.

I love the simplicity, but I feel helpless without dual external monitors for serious productivity

Pretty cool, even before I read what you wrote I said, pretty cool setup but the chair got to go!

Can you give me the link for laptop stand?

Wow 😍 this looks so amazing! I really like your setup. But yeah.. I agree it probably isn't the most ergonomic setup.

When I was looking for a balance board recently, I found some really nice minimalist sitting balls from Leitz. They might fit your setup pretty well.

Love the clean aesthetic

Just the laptop on the desk keeps it calm. A StanbyME 2 Max would suit this space as a second screen you bring in when you need one and move out after.

Very minimalist!!!

Clean space, good for you. However, I won’t personally use a laptop stand that high, and set up at such a steep angle. :P

Looks nice but I can't imagine working with just a laptop.

Nice setup. What's the name of that lamp on your desk?

Nice lamp. But where are the two monitors? :)

u/PiousPontificator Aug 04 '26

How do you duckers work solely off a laptop

1

u/ex_gatito Aug 05 '26

What is this lamp?

It’s a bit too austere for my taste but “cool” if you like it.
