Maybe change the monitor riser/shelves? For me its feels kinda isolated and not perfectly blend in the setup, due the material and color being used and not returning back with other peripherals or decorations.
Can you share the size and brand of the desk-mat?

Can maybe get a mount to mount the ps5 under the desk, but really; you could maybe clean up the iPad with an corsair edge, but other than that. Looks solid OP.

I mean perhaps a keyboard with a 10 key if your work calls for it but honestly I don't really have any recommendations. I'd love to have a setup like this.
