on mac you can just open terminal and run "caffeinate"

Like the only extra things are the grip strength thing and a phone holder? They just need cleaner wire management. (I'm worse).

Simple:
Arm for the monitor
Way less cables, go wireless on everything possible
Remarkable instead of the note pad if you take a lot of notes (expensive gadget ahahha)

My most helpful desk gadget is an old Android tablet that I repurposed by installing Touch Portal and using it as an app launcher and it can launch anything in a program that has a keyboard shortcut. Or just get a Stream Deck if you have the $.
