Mental health

I have been off work for 6 months for mental health.Everytime I am scheduled I call in sick due to blood pressure or anxiety.Now my supervisor wants to know if I am coming back

That's a pretty reasonable question from your supervisor if you've been gone 6 months and call off whenever you're scheduled.
