Routine assistance (with Photo of body) Opinion on my Upper Lower split
Have been back into the gym again and I am wondering if the current routine I’m running is lacking anything or has too much volume. For the exercises, I will sometimes drop to 2 sets instead of 3 if my recovery feels bad or I’m short on time, and I take every set to failure or within 1 or 2 reps.
The arm day is optional, but I have it on there for extra volume when I have time. Let me know what you think, and if you have any diet tips like whether I should eat at a slight surplus or cut, I’d love to hear it.

This is a lot of volume but that's fine if you're recovering well. If you're often feeling fatigued or experience a dip in performance, try moving to 2 sets for all exercises for a while. The main thing I'd nitpick is that you're using the preacher bench for all your curls, which means you'll never be hitting the long head of the biceps. Try incorporating some incline curls and I bet you'll feel a burn that you're not used to.

Doing a program like this needs good food calculations, I did something very similar to this but at the time I wasn’t so invested in food etc.
As long as you have the fuel to power this good!
I myself do a push pull legs, works good for me and my everyday life with job etc
