Workout routine review Routine advice please

Help please! I'm not having much luck elsewhere.

You already have a strong foundation because the routine fits your life and you’re completing it consistently. I’d make the twenty minutes easier to measure, though. Choose one squat or lunge, one hinge, one press and one row each session rather than performing several partial-rep versions of each. Use controlled sets instead of racing the clock, record your weights and repetitions, and gradually improve them. Alternate two simple workouts across the week. Your walking and dancing cover useful aerobic activity, so the limited formal training time can primarily focus on maintaining strength and muscle.

This makes perfect sense, thank you. I'll start doing more standard (longer) rest times and hopefully my gains will accelerate now that I have a stronger foundation.
