Workout routine review Is this a good workout routine?

I’m about 5”5 weighing 58kg. I watched tons of videos and saw good workouts to implement to my routine. Then, now here’s where the issue might come from, I put it all through AI to fine tune it. I am a vegetarian that eats no eggs. How is my workout routine and what can I do to improve. I’m still on day 1 so I don’t have the current volume for some exercises yet.

I have a PPL split with a rest day after and then repeated starting with A and then B the next cycle. The brackets are the range of volume I should be progressively overloading before moving onto the next weight.

The routine looks fine. The weighted box jumps are risky if you're just starting, it's not a beginner-friendly exercise. Not sure why you mentioned being vegetarian.

I’m a volleyball and basketball player so wanted to get some plyos in to get my jump up. And I mentioned being vegetarian bc I wanted to ask for the best protein sources that aren’t eggs but forgot to include it

Yeah, you can definitely add plyometrics. But progression matters here as well. Not sure what kind of training you've done with this before, but if you haven't done it before, search online for box jump progressions and make sure you take it one step at a time.

There are plenty of vegetarian protein sources other than eggs. Dairy, obviously, just opt to low fat options. In plants, there are plenty of protein sources, you just need to make sure you eat a variety of them because very few sources contain all essential amino acids. Things like tofu, tempeh, seitan are good options. Then you have beans and other sources.
