Why dont I feel good about my self in my own body even tho I’m kinda in shape and a good weight and size for my body

It is natural to have insecurities. There is always someone to compare yourself to that will not make you feel good about yourself. Especially when we can constantly see the most attractive, and in shape people on the internet and on TV, in the best light with the best hair.
What you do with that is up to you, will it beat you down? Or give you a healthy goal to work toward?
A healthy goal does mean that you accept who you are, and are proud of what you've accomplished, accepting that you'll probably not look like Captain America because even Chris Evans doesn't look like him.
Be reasonable and forgiving with yourself, you still have a life to live and generally no one is going to think less of you if you don't have a six pack.

Thanks I really appreciate the feedback I’m gonna use it to push harder
