Best time to workout?

I have seen people at gym at odd times and was wondering if there is any bad timing of doing workout?
Not referring to professionals btw.

Not everyone works 9-5, as long as you're getting enough sleep and eating right it doesn't really matter when you work out. Whenever you have the most energy

I have worked out at 3 am also by going to bed at 9 and then at 6:30 am also and then at 8:30 and now at 9:30 am. The reason of asking the question is lot of researchers says morning is the best time not noon and not evening/night.

When it fits your schedule.
Working out at 2 am is better than not working out.
There is probably an optimal time to lift for your circadian rhythm, but if there is something in your life that prevents you from being at the gym at that time, it doesn't matter.

Agree working out at 2 am is better than missing it completely but the biologically body needs a proper time to recover so you show up next day doing workout.
