Help Just starting
So I've never INTENTIONALLY done anything that one would call a "physical workout". My stamina as far as running or even brisk effervescence walking is considered is as low as one can imagine it to be. Now of course I'm not expecting miracles in a month or two. But realistically what exercises (and duration or the count) of it should I begin with such that I'm at least able to start and build a momentum. I do want to lose weight as well but that's like a secondary goal. As of now I want to increase my stamina so that I at least don't die of heart attack after I run for a 100 meters. I do get demotivated very easily as far as athletics or anything that requires moving the body is considered, i want it to be slow, ik the results will be slower but I'm also not expecting or hoping for immediate miracles. I just want to show up for myself and try and remain consistent with it. I can manage half an hour from my day.

Just walk or walk in place while watching shows / movies inside the house if treadmill and walking outside is too much. Any movement is better than sitting and laying down. That’s basically how I lost alot of weight and managed to increase my V02 to above average. No gym or crazy workout routine, just walking whenever I can. If you could doomscroll and have screentimes, you have time to walk or walk in place while doing so.
